The 2014 Design to Paver Conference registration includes the following:
- All the conference related materials including implementation guidebook
- Breakfast, lunch and light refreshments during the conference
- Reception and dinner on Wednesday, July 9
- Tours and field demos at the Oregon National Guard Training Center at Camp Najaf on Wednesday, July 9 and Thursday, July 10
- Post-conference tours at OSU
Activities: The conference sessions will take place at the LaSells Stewart Center on the Oregon State University campus. Buses will take you to and from Camp Najaf for tours and field demonstrations. If you cannot stay for dinner and need return transportation, please contact email@example.com.
ATTIRE: Please dress for the outdoors and be prepared for rugged terrain and hot or rainy weather. Please also consider that Wednesday’s reception and dinner will be onsite at Camp Najaf in the evening. A light jacket or sweater is recommended if the evening cools down.

Post-Conference Tours, Thursday, July 10
Before settling down for an evening on your own, you may want to attend one of these free informative technical tours at Oregon State University on Thursday, July 10 starting at 6pm. OSU staff has graciously offered to take time out of their evening to guide these tours which will run concurrently. More info is available here.

Cancellation requests must be received in in writing via email to email@example.com
by 11:59pm PST, Monday, June 2, 2014. Cancellation requests on paid registrations received before that time will receive a refund of their registration fee minus the $50 non-refundable administrative fee. Substitutions may be allowed, contact the conference organizers for approval.
